Longer multi-client programmes
Programmes designed with and for a group of clients, with common needs and desire for shared learning. These programmes typically run over a longer period of time due to the number of participants, geographical spread, and scope of addressed business issues.
Transformation of Financial Markets
We had engaged the top 100 co-workers of a Dutch-based sustainable finance company in a strategy off-site to bring together internal and external expertise on the new proposed strategy. An outcome was the desire to position the bank as a leader for next generation banking across the finance sector which resulted in the founding of the Global Alliance on Banking for Values (GABV) for senior bankers who have the same aspiration. We then designed and facilitated the inaugural meeting which brought together eleven of the world’s leading sustainable banks to determine how to collectively tackle the global challenges of humanity and the planet. We were invited back to design and facilitate the follow-on meeting that was held in Bangladesh in March 2010. At this meeting the alliance members committed to touch a billion lives with their financing model by 2020.
Inclusive leadership: Brand Me
Since 2009, ELP and its parther The McLane Group have been bringing together talented women to help them build an authentic brand plan for themselves as individuals. Moving the emphasis from the challenges women face to climb the often very male dominated corporate ranks to what our participants can do to change their organisation, Brand Me receives consistently high participant evaluations. They appreciate the unique approach, which is not only cognitive, but also addresses internal barriers (and catalysts), as well as specific, action-oriented elements that they can apply when leading with others.
