Most of our clients have been operating in the traditional paradigm, which dominated most of the 20th century. We were all educated in this paradigm, where we drew up strategic plans and simplified models of reality, assumed perfect rationality and causality, applied ‘carrot & stick’ motivational techniques and ‘command & control’ leadership.
