Our principles
When working with our clients we adhere to the following principles that we adhere to and ask them to share.
- We aim for a genuine working relationship that fully respects the culture of the organisation, pushing beyond any hidden agendas and power play towards openness and sincerity, at any moment and in any direction.
- This means that we need the full commitment of the organisation’s top management. We cannot have any organisation just ‘tolerate’ our intervention.
- Our role is to challenge beliefs, assumptions and common wisdom, and to provide the knowhow to help tackle client challenges. We don’t want to make any person or organisation dependent on our services. Instead, we empower our clients to lead their own organisation successfully into the emerging future.
- In our client interaction, we regularly solicit your feedback to further improve our working relationship and the impact our work is having within your organization.
- We challenge ourselves and each other to be on the intellectual edge and to bring the best knowledge, tools, new ideas and people in the world to serve our clients.
- We aim to address specific needs that may be tied to a particular practice area, within a broader ELP framework aimed at:
- Connecting leaders to new futures, across the landscapes
- In a way that engages not only the head, but also the heart and hands
- Empowering change agents by bringing them together, inside and outside the company
- At any point in time, information shared is protected by the implicit and explicit confidentiality rules that one would expect in a professional business relationship.
Team principles

Transformation principles
The tools and approaches that we use to support and enable leaders to take courageous and calculated steps forward into the unknown are built on some important principles and beliefs of transformation
Design principles
We act as your architect of learning, by first designing the building with a relatively small team of strategy and leadership architects, designers and project managers. A design should always meet the following criteria
