Executive Learning Partnership

Team principles

At ELP we follow some core principles.

  • We appreciate diversity: the unique qualities that we each bring to the table and are aware that others may have different approaches
  • We realize that we are all teachers and pupils: we co-learn and co-teach, all of us, and maintain a healthy dynamic balance between knowing and not knowing
  • We communicate clearly on what we expect from each other and are transparent about underlying feelings
  • We provide regular, constructive feedback to each other and help each other endure tensions & chaos
