Hélène Propsma
Hélène Propsma has extensive experience in both management and consultancy. She graduated as an organizational psychologist with a focus on business and change management. She started her career as Personnel Manager at NCR in the Netherlands, after which she joined GITP International, a European operating HRM consultancy firm.
Her experience – both as a consultant and as a manager – lies in the field of diagnosis of talent (assessments), recruitment, coaching, training and e-HRM. Later on she joined NMC-Nijsse as an executive search consultant and two years later she became partner and co-owner at Van Mansfeld, an agency for coaching and outplacement. In 2009 she continued with her practice on coaching, training and assessment as Propsma & Partners and she is also a founding member of The Diversity Company.
Hélène’s passion and personal conviction is that more diversity leads to more success, more profit and more fun. The Diversity Company helps organizations to give shape, to add content, and give support in practical implementation to the theme of diversity and inclusiveness (gender, age and culture).
