Jeanine Jansen
Jeanine is programme manager and facilitator, specialised in leadership development.
She started her career as a consultant helping companies and public institutions shape their future. In 2007, she was invited into the ELP faculty as one of the few Dutch consultants specialized in scenario planning. In that role she worked together with mid and top managers in public and private organizations to create envisioning stories and have meaningful conversations with their teams in order to develop a strategic direction that lasts.
To stimulate creativity or gain more insights on future developments, she often worked together with professors, trendwatchers but also with actors, storytellers and movie producers.
In her work Jeanine was surprised to see how much effort it took senior management to really mobilize and inspire the people and realize the necessary changes. She then decided to spend more time working on management development. Jeanine gained her MBTI-personality test license to provide managers into seeing their areas of strength and growth.
Jeanine also works for Holland Consulting Group, delivering training and coaching to young professionals and senior management.
Outside ELP, Jeanine is passionate about laluz, a foundation that focuses on CSR. At laluz, she helps young professionals from prestigious companies to donate their knowledge and expertise to NGOs.
