Collaborating with World Class Talent through the ELP Alliance
ELP has ‘lightly’ institutionalized its network of faculty and facilitators through the ELP Alliance: a group of professionals coming from all sorts of backgrounds (executives, academics, researchers, facilitators, coaches, artists, among other) that share a common view on how to develop strategies, organizations, teams and leaders, and who meet at regular intervals to ‘develop their practice’, in service to the client interventions we are all involved in. This network is managed by ELP and reaches across the globe, with its most dense representation in Europe.
