What we do

Founded 10 years ago, our approach is inspired by our observations that organizations fail to successfully strategize due to lack of the right leadership skills at executive levels. All too often, strategy as a top-down planning exercise fails to recognize the complex business reality, as well as the limitations of rational planning and control in that context. The reverse is also true. Leadership development limited to pure skills development and disconnected from the daily strategy conversations also fails. In a complex world, integration of strategy and leadership development is a key to success.
