How do we continue to differentiate ourselves from the competition and generate new and profitable growth and new revenue streams in mature markets?
What we did
Set up an OUTside-INspiration approach in the build-up, during and after their annual Executive Days (ED) with the Top 100, aimed at generating new ideas for profitable growth and developing one of the company’s (aspirational) core values of open mindedness. Conducted a scan prior to the ED, gathering growth-related views from across the company; trained internal facilitators to lead a ‘business safari’ where groups of executives met with their counterparts in 10 other companies, the learning of which was captured and transposed to concrete actions to be taken across the strategic, structural & behavioural disciplines by the Top 100 and the Executive Committee.
