How to ‘glue’ (following a recent merger) the new Research & Innovation (R&I) corporate function leadership team around a strong R&I vision, with a legacy of very different visions on R&I approaches, with high expectations on the breakthrough technologies from corporate strategy in the next five years and high independence of Global Business Units (GBUs)?
