Bertien Kamping looks beyond the obvious and identifies patterns and systems in organisations that stop them from being successful. She identifies human behaviour that acts as a barrier for achieving long term (business) success and develops those practices that enable sustainable growth of individuals, teams and the organisation.
She combines caring with daring. Bertien starts from the belief that in most organisations the knowledge and competencies are present to grow. We need to trigger curiosity, an outside-in perspective and a willingness to challenge today’s reality- from challenging the strategy, to working practices to individual habits and beliefs- to create sustainable growth.

Bertien lives in the Netherlands with her partner and their 3 children. She loves being physically active, preferable outdoors and going on family trips exploring and (re-)discovering the world around us.
