Cathalijne van Melle enables individuals and teams to unleash their full potential and become more effective. She supports organisations in transforming their cultures and developing corresponding leadership. She translates business needs in impactful leadership, team development and culture change programmes which enable people to flourish in their (leadership) roles, build high performing teams and drive lasting change.
“Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence”. Cathalijne starts from the belief that people are more resilient and creative to effectively cope with change and challenges than they are often aware of. Fundamental however is the creation of a working environment based on respect, safety and trust where this potential can be unlocked resulting in people daring to be innovative, embracing change and getting the best out of themselves and others. This is where leaders create team flow.
Cathalijne lives in the Netherlands with her partner and 3 children. She loves practicing different out-door sports with others and adventurous travelling to explore the world around us and re-energise from her nice but busy daily working life.
