We need support for a group of scale up leaders who have high ambitions, who see the potential of their proven business proposition, who are under high pressure to deliver growth and to run their business simultaneously, and who realise they need to raise the bar for their company, for their executive team and for themselves. Traditional consultancy doesn’t work for them, neither do traditional executive development tracks. They can and need to learn fast, from peers, experienced practitioners and subject matter experts. Background

The WINEXT Executive Tracks bring together scale up leaders from different backgrounds and different (non-competing) organisations to accelerate the growth of their scale up capabilities.

WINEXT – What Is Next on your Growth Journey - is a fast track towards:

  • learning and developing new value creating habits, capabilities and practices;
  • building focused and pragmatic ‘roadmaps’ for leading and growing your business, your organisation, your team and yourself.

Building on ELP Network’s approach to accelerate value creation, we launched WINext in 2017

 

What we did

Each WINext Executive Track -– is tailored to the challenges of the participating companies/leaders (minimal 2 leaders per company from 4-6 organisations), and consists of a series of structured steps:

  • Diagnosing the specific challenges of the organisation (using our tested Value Creation Accelerator-methodology)
  • Action learning trajectory combining cross-company peer-to-peer sessions – residential and virtual) and in-company support (designed and guided by experienced business practitioners and subject matter experts)
  • Realising a concrete and pragmatic roadmap for growth – and the change and renewal needed – for each participating leader, executive team and organisation
  • Support in bringing the roadmap to life in your own organisation
  • Sharing of new insights within the peer-to-peer network
