ABOUT
ELP Network is hosting a free, invite-only dialogue with and for CEOs on November 18th, at 14:00 at Landgoed Ulvenhart in Ulvenhout (near Breda) on sustained value creation.
We organise this CEO Circle as part of the Value Creation Initiative, developed together with Prof. Amy Edmondson (Harvard Business School) and Prof. Paul Verdin (Solvay Brussels School and Berlin School of Creative Leadership).
The CEO Circle brings together a small group (max. 15) of CEOs who realise that keeping their organisations relevant in today’s world demands new ways of architecting and realising sustained value creation and growth. We will focus on the unique role of the CEO and the Executive Board in holding the space and accelerating the movement for creating new, better and different value in your organisation, and in particular we will discuss the next practices required to make this all happen.
What does it take, really, to transform your organisation for value?
- How to re-orient a business on its value for customers?
- How to make the demands and pressure on sustainability an intrinsic part of the business value(s)?
- What next practices doe we need to make it all happen?
Transforming business for value - Changing the rules of the game, what does it take?
The opening testimonials - to ‘kick off’ the dialogue among the participating CEOs, building on their questions and challenges - will be given by two business leaders who embarked on a remarkable and bold transformational journey in and with their organisation.
“How to transform the essence of your business and create value in a constantly evolving eco-system?”
- Ronald Lotgerink, CEO of Vion Food Group
“How to be(come) the preferred partner of the future oriented players in the sectors your serve?”
