How to create space for growth?
When the COVID-19 lightning struck in early 2020, we started collecting stories of business leaders, making their way through this crisis. And embarked on in-depth individual dialogues with CEOs on their acts of leadership, their questions, dilemmas and evolving insights while navigating today’s unchartered territory. WHAT needs to be done, and WHY, is often not the issue. The main question is HOW.
The report summarises the main insights from this ‘VCI Corona observatory’. We formulate our observations as hypotheses to be tested and to be enriched through our leadership dialogues in the upcoming VCI-meetings and follow-up research. The report and the ensuing CEO Circles in particular will zoom in on the crucial HOW-questions to articulate the ‘next practices’ for sustained value creation.
