ABOUT

WHO IS IT FOR

  • For ‘shapers and movers’, who aim to create organisations with vigour and value(s).
  • Invitation only.

WHAT IS IT

ELP Network is hosting a lunch-to-lunch 24-hour working session among Executives to strengthen your growth realisation capacity and to identify your critical path to success, reflecting on the key Value Creation Acceleration questions:

  • How to ‘create and move’ your business for future success (beyond ‘buy and build’ and ‘run and react’), while running it to deliver results today?
  • How to drive customer value creation and turnover growth, rooted in a proper level of value capturing and profitability, for today and tomorrow?
  • In the absence of all the time and resources needed, how to focus on the critical path of key interventions that will move the needle?
  • How to pace your roadmap: when do you need to accelerate, beyond doing ‘what is possible’, and when to slow down to not burn out your organisation?
  • How to keep people inspired, valued and groom psychological safety, when stretching into unknown territory and stepping up your game?
  • How to build the critical growth coalition that aligns, glues and inspires? What is the unique role of the Executive Team/CEO?
  • How to learn faster than your competition and (from) your own shadow?
  • How to anchor the development of your business into societal demands and value, beyond ‘making money’?

Building on:

  • research and insights from the Value Creation Initiative (VCI),
  • the real-time application by Dstny on its ongoing journey towards European leadership in communications,
  • the brainpower and experiences of the participating business leaders. Executives who realise that keeping their business relevant and vigorous requires ‘next practices’ to create and capture value.

HOW

  • Prior: We help you focus your key areas of interest in the session through our Value Creation Accelerator quick scan. We discuss what learning would benefit you and what lessons you can bring.
  • During:

    - The Initiators of the Value Creation Initiative guide you through a structured business design and development process rooted in research and with proven value in practice.

    - Daan De Wever, CEO of the fast-growing European cloud communications company Dstny, shares his lessons learned on ‘mastering’ accelerated value creation. Running, growing, and transforming Dstny’s business for more, new, and better value, every day.

    - Peer-to-peer interaction to sharpen insights on ‘next practices’ to sustain relevance and grow company vigour.

    - You get space and support to distil your take aways

  • Format: Guided, open dialogue (Chatham House rules apply); informal setting and focused on practical application of the collective wisdom in the room.
  • After: We help you consolidate the lessons for your growth path.
