Michael Newman

Michael Newman’s early career involved a passion for exploring geographical and scientific worlds, mapping patterns of crime for police, and leading projects in Zimbabwe and Chile for a youth development charity. He spent seven years as an officer with the British Army’s Royal Engineers. Over the past sixteen years, his expertise has further evolved and adapted to international leadership development. He coaches teams in aligning emotions and behaviours with strategic intentions, which triggers the unlocking of tensions and realises important breakthroughs.
